Happy Father's Day
In honor of Father's Day, slightly late, I wanted to write down some of my favorite quotes from my dad.
My dad and I did not share many years together through a series of events. However, I have been blessed these last years to glean wisdom from many of his favorite sayings.
"If we love people, we will speak the truth, risking offense, and it gives people hope."
"The first virtue is courage"
"This is a flawed and eveil world; this is a moral war. If you want an easy life, you will end up hating yourself."
"What you are doing as mother, being home with your children has global and eternal importance."
Thanks Dad, I needed that.
