Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream in the Blender

Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream in the Blender (sugar-free)

1 package of real cream cheese
1/2 cup milk (adjust as needed depending on your house temperature)
24 drops of liquid stevia (also adjust as needed start with 8 everyone's taste buds are different)
1/8 cup arrowroot
1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries
dash of real vanilla (avoid imitation vanilla b/c of the high fructose corn syrup- yuck poisonous)
2-3 large bananas frozen

Add ingredients in this order to the blender. Mix slowly (especially is your blender tends to smoke like mine!). Add frozen items slowly and serve immediately. The only sugar is the bananas so those with sensitivies should be careful because they are high glycemic. You can leave them out altogether if you want. This is the yummiest, easiest ice cream I have ever made! Enjoy!
